  9. system maintains Rap sheet information on all individuals that directly
  10. interfaces to AKA files for retrieval of known aliases and further information
  11. on violations recorded and their dispositions. All database information may be
  12. accessed by either a Rap sheet search of AKA search providing easy cross
  13. referencing of all of DYNARAP's database information.
